Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Team One Bail Bonds website (teamonebailbonds.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Team One Bail Bonds provides bail bond services in Riverside County and surrounding areas in California. Our website provides information about our services, allows you to submit bail bond applications electronically, and facilitates electronic document signing through DocuSign.

Electronic Signatures and DocuSign

  • By using our online bail packet, you consent to conducting business electronically, including signing documents via DocuSign.
  • Electronic signatures executed through DocuSign are legally binding and enforceable under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1633.1 et seq.).
  • You acknowledge that by electronically signing bail bond documents, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
  • DocuSign provides a tamper-evident seal, audit trail, and certificate of completion for every signed document.
  • You may withdraw your consent to electronic signatures at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent may delay the bail bond process and require in-person document signing.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to a valid email address and a device capable of viewing and signing electronic documents.

Bail Bond Obligations

  • Submitting a bail bond application does not guarantee approval or posting of a bail bond.
  • By signing bail bond documents (electronically or otherwise), the indemnitor assumes full financial responsibility for ensuring the defendant appears at all scheduled court dates.
  • Failure of the defendant to appear in court may result in forfeiture of the bond and full liability for the bail amount as outlined in the signed indemnity agreement.
  • All bail bond services are subject to California Department of Insurance regulations.

Website Use

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific bail bond service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team One Bail Bonds, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this website, violation of these Terms, or your breach of any bail bond agreement.
